The Wushan Ship Waste Disposal Facility handles the centralized treatment of ship-borne waste, including oily wastewater. To address complex oily wastewater composition, high processing volumes, and the need for long-term continuous operation of equipment, NAMOLA has deployed an industrial oil-water separation and circulation treatment system for this project.

The system collects, filters, and separates oil from water through multi-stage processing units. It is custom-designed to integrate with on-site tanks, piping, and treatment workflows. The equipment has been in operation for 5 years, providing continuous oil-water separation capabilities for ship waste disposal.

Hitachi Automotive Components (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of automotive electronic control systems and related auto parts. During production, floating oil and foreign oil continuously contaminate the surface of process tanks, degrading tank conditions and increasing maintenance and manual cleaning burdens.

To match varying tank capacities and on-site conditions, NAMOLA deploys multiple QDY-400 and QDY-800 mobile oil-water separators to continuously collect surface scum and separate oil from water. These units can be flexibly relocated between tanks as needed, balancing processing capacity with mobile operational requirements.

These units have been running continuously on-site for 3 years, providing stable support for daily maintenance of production tanks and floating oil management.

Ningbo Changhua Changsheng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changhua Holding Group, it is located in the Hangzhou Bay New Area of Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. The company specializes in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of automotive fasteners, providing supply chain products for multiple domestic and international leading automobile manufacturers.

Project Requirements

Before heat treatment, automotive fasteners must undergo cleaning. During production, the cleaning solution is prone to oil contamination, which affects cleaning performance and compromises process stability downstream.

Customers need to continuously separate floating oil from cleaning fluid surfaces across multiple production lines while meeting requirements for long-term continuous operation, easy maintenance, and centralized multi-line management.

NAMOLA Solutions

NAMOLA configured a total of 32 medium-sized oil-water separators for the pre-treatment cleaning process across 8 heat treatment production lines for the customer.

The equipment connects to each cleaning line to continuously separate floating oil from the surface of the cleaning solution, reducing oil buildup in the tanks during long-term production.

      Oerlikon Metco Shanghai Cleaning Line Oil-Water Separation Project

      Oerlikon Metco Surface Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a leading provider of surface engineering and materials solutions, offering thermal spraying, laser cladding, and additive manufacturing technologies to serve industries including aerospace, automotive, energy, and oil & gas.

      Two of the customer's part cleaning lines accumulate floating oil and other oily contaminants during prolonged operation. Continuous removal of oil from the surface of the cleaning solution is required to stabilize cleaning quality, reduce manual maintenance, and extend the service life of the cleaning fluid.

      NAMOLA configured a total of 17 oil-water separation units based on the structure and operational requirements of the two cleaning lines to continuously remove floating oil from the cleaning tanks. The equipment operates in sync with the production line, minimizing oil accumulation in the cleaning solution.
